Tasks for students working at the Keleher Learning Commons front desk fall into three basic categories:
1. Circulation
Can I check out this book?
2. Directions
Where can I find a bathroom? (Phone) Can you connect me to Special Collections?
3. Custodial
Is there more paper for the printer? Does that table really belong there?
This training module will prepare you to start working in the commons, but it's just the beginning. You can complete more difficult or specialized training to gain new skills and maximize your experience working for the commons.
