In agreement with American Library Association recommendations, the Keleher Learning Commons keeps circulation records and other records identifying names of library users confidential.
Family and friends do not have a right to find out what materials a library user has checked out. Only by order or subpoena in relation to civil or criminal discovery procedures shall such records be made available to local, state or federal government entities.
